Through her twenty plus years of experience working in the stakeholder engagement field, Allison Hendricks, our CEO, came to realise the need for simple yet effective consultation management software.

Tools of the day (spreadsheets and basic databases) treated the data in very simplistic ways and did nothing to extract any real knowledge from the data. Two key things were missing:

1. The ability to efficiently manage the large volumes of data stakeholder engagement programs can generate
2. The ability to effectively communicate the results of the stakeholder engagement process to the decision makers – turning largely qualitative data into easily understood information

So Allison decided to create a tool just for stakeholder engagement professionals. One that would function similarly to a CRM, but which was designed around the unique needs of the stakeholder engagement process.
