Setting OKRs for your stakeholder engagements?
OKRs (objectives & key results) are a management strategy that involves regularly setting/reviewing overall goals. Each objective is focused on something you want to change, fix, or improve. And the results measure whether the objective has been reached (or not).
In stakeholder engagement, this strategy can be beneficial for longer consultations (12 months or more). OKRs can help motivate your team, align them with the company, and keep them engaged.
On our sister website Simply Stakeholders, we give examples of results or metrics you can measure. Learn more.
